Android Player Displaying NO-DEVICE INFO

Hi, I have this Android TV Box T95 Max TV Box 4GB+ 32GB Android 8.1
I have installed Signage Player from but when the player starts up there is notification window saying NO DEVICE INFO and it stays on the screen.
Also on Signage Studio under station OS is showing as Linux 4.9.118 instead of Android.
Can anyone help me to bypass this NO DEVICE INFO popup or to disable it please?

android versions 8 and 9 does exhibit this behavior and a new player version that will address this issue will be released soon.

if you wish, you can test this beta version of the player for android devices.  in studio, it will still report Linux 4.x (kernel version) but the player will no longer show No Device Info.  here's the link to said beta player: http://galaxy.signage.me/Code/Install/apk/6.3/CloudSignagePlayer.apk

I ve got the same problem. i found your post and i installed the 6.3 version. so far so good but if i add videos it doesnt shows other channels anymore. the same campaign on the 6.2 version works perfectly. or it is a android 9 problem or its on the 6.3 apk?
