playback issues

I have my first station set-up, using the default 'healthcare' content unaltered. The content played fine in the web preview, but does not play the stock or weather swf/ rss items  in the downloaded airplayer - it just shows 'no scene assigned' top right, and is blank where the horizontal scroller should be at the bottom. The station is synchronised ok (as far as i can tell) and i can see the missing items on the timeline in the editor. I have tried logging in/out, rebooting etc?

Yes, we are aware of this issue and should be fixed in our build coming out early next week...

Yes, this was fixed long time ago...
Latest release 1.2.80+ works PERFECT !!!

Not for me it doesnt...

My player has updated to 1.2.107 and restarted, then on the next restart reloaded the content by itself, but i'm still not seeing anything thats written in flash (i'm using the standard healthcare sample you provide). The videos and still images play fine.

Flash player 10 is installed on the system (standard install via IE), and the system works fine for other uses.

Any ideas - I'm so keen to get this working!!

Hi warwickwater,
I think its not working for you since you opened the account back when this was an issue...
I just want to make sure we are talking about the same thing...

You are saying you are having an issue with seeing the Weather Template that comes with the Health care template ?
If so,

You can create a new account as this bug is fixed.
OR
You can simply double click on the Weather Resource on the timeline, this will load the properties of the Weather Component.
In the properties of the Weather, click on the "Weather" tab.
You will see that the Scene Text Entry box is blank, continue by clicking on Toolbox tab > Scenes
Drag and drop the "US Weather (Vertical)" Scene onto the Scene Text Entry box within the properties of the "Weather".

You can also email us and we will do this for you if you want, ( just email me your login email ).... mstech at .... media ...
