Post to google spreadsheets

Hy everone,

I am new with forums so if the topic excists please redirect me! Or better if anyone can answer my question

I am using google forms in a HTML component to enter data in Google spreadsheets and i am using that data to display on a different screen. in a different campaign.

Problem: Google has updated the google forms and the HTML component does not work with my windows touchscreen anymore.

What I want: I want to create a scene with a checkbox and or text entry fields that after hitting a send button it automaticly sends that data to google sheets.

More problems: I have no HTML, JAVA, or any web or coding experience. I have watched hundred of youtube video's what i could do but nothing comes close to what i need. I need a simple  enough solution. Also tried the IFTTT component but it goes the wrong way.

I have contacted the online chat from digital signage but they had no way of linking back TOWARDS google sheets. Only FROM google sheets.
