Android Players for sale
« on: December 21, 2018, 08:17:33 AM »

We transitioned a number of screens to windows devices and now have several gently used android sticks and android tv boxes.

They are loaded with watchdog and the signage player.

These have been unregistered and come up to the DS user and password login screen when powered on.  Log in and you are ready to go.

We have 16 1g/8g quad core sticks and 27 2g/16g quad core TV boxes.

We also have a Media Droid 300 brand new in the box with the TV capture dongle.  These are nearly $700 new and I will take any reasonable offer.  This was purchased directly from Digitalsignage.com.

Info on the android players:

All bloatware has been removed.

They are set up to automatically restart on a time schedule - usually every 4 hours.  This timer schedule can be easily modified and resolves most of the known DS player issues.
They are set up to minimize any visible command / on screen navigation icons on power up.

For menu boards and your more basic digital signage campaigns the 1g/8g quad core work great.  We ran a layered google drive based scene with a few RSS feeds on these and they worked just fine.

For more sophisticated presentations we use 2g/16g quad core TV boxes and they seem to be able to run just about anything.

Buy one or buy them all - any reasonable offer accepted.  We have a lot of time invested getting these to work as well as they do and I would just like to see them continue to get used.

Feel free to contact me with any questions or needs.

I hope everyone has a great Holiday!
