Resources Missing When Duplicating Scenes
« on: December 11, 2018, 09:07:32 AM »
I have noticed ever since we start using SignageStudio Pro last year that when you duplicate a scene, sometimes the resources do not duplicate properly.

In my case, I have a scene that contains a background image (an uploaded resource), a label (component), and a Rich Text Box (component).  The label and RTB duplicate properly, but the background image is missing in the Scene Stage window.  It is listed in the Outline window, all the properties seem correct in the Properties window, and you can even see the outline of where the image is positioned in the Scene Stage window, but you cannot see the image itself.  You have to delete the image from the scene and re-add it each time this happens.

Can someone take a look at this?  I am using the latest version of SignageStudio Pro (6.2.22).

Thanks

after duplicating the scene, can you first save and then go back to said scene - see if the image then appears

if the issue persists, please join us on chat so the tech support personnel can gather more info about the issue and report this to the dev

best regards
