We had a ton of resellers asking for white labeling ( making the application look as if its your own, with your own logo, colors and styles and internal links ) and embedding it as a portal on your own site.

Good news, we are working on this feature and will have it soon after we release 1.0 ( which is due mid Feb ).

LOTS of great stuff is coming soon ...

This is awesome, I have entered the details in the white label section, however I have a couple of questions do I have to create pages on my website for the report a bug, about, video tuturials,etc.

Or do I just replace newbielink:http://mediasignage.com/htm/download [nonactive] with my own domain? Such as
newbielink:http://domain.co.uk/htm/download [nonactive] just wondering if for example a new customer wants video tutorials and clicks the video section, are they redirected to the relevant page?

Yes. You should redirect all customers / links to your web site...
i.e.: create all links on your site.
You can embed our video tutorials or make your own.

For bugs, simply report to us any issues your customers have...

If I request to change the password or update my account.

The email send to my email box is direct from mediasignage.com

Would you please put it on your priority list to change that ?
