"No Device" popup message after the android box restart

If we restart or power off and then power on the android box or TV stick, we get a small pop-up window with message "No Device". The ads on screen keep displaying fine but that popup message keep sticking in the middle of the screen. We have to manually click OK on the pop-up to get rid of it.

may we ask if you are using android version 7 or version 8?  we have been getting reports that this behavior does indeed occur on some devices in these 2 versions

the devs are aware of this and we will be releasing a fix for this soon

We also tried X96 player with Android 8.1. The same issue.

we are on our final stages of beta testing so for testing purposes, you may try this release candidate:

see if you no longer get the No Device message on your device.  in studio, it will still be identified as Linux 4.x (as this is the kernel used by android 7, 8 and 9)

again, note that this is still a beta release
