Android or Windows Sticks? Which is better?

Im taking decisions  but with the only i have doubt is: is better a stick based on android OS or Windows based.

I need it obviously to run Digital Signage software in 1080 and 4k TVs, Images and Videos with a basic dissolve or cut transition. But the most important i need to have access to the device remotly in case i need to restart or something like that. Something like teamviewer.

I read that Pc Sticks dont work well with Digital Sigange Software if they have Atom Processor so please. Give me suggestions and details on why to choose what.

I recommend our mediaDROID, it's battle tested and works flawlessly.
The windows stick works but CPU will work hard while Android can handle more (for less $) due to the low overhead of the OS.
order one to test!

I believe there is TeamViewer for Android, but that would beyond our scope.

There is TeamViewer for Android. It dont work like TeamViewer for PC. Not the same functionality. I know is beyond you but, maybe we can find a good way to do Remote Control so we can have an efficient device.
