Weather Not Working Android Signage Player v6.0.87/25

I am running Android boxes with 2GB Ram. I have several in operation on Android 6.0 running versions of the SignagePlayer Android app 4.34.13, 5.0.4 and 6.0.87/25 according to the DigitalSignage.com studio app. Everything runs fine on all of them except the 2 new Android 6.0.87/25 ones. The weather and weather icons just show up blank. I have tried rebooting and changing the scene and city for which the weather is reporting. They don't appear to be maxing out RAM usage. The working ones are running airVersion 20.0.0.233 and the non working ones are running 28.0.0.125. The weird thing is that they were working when installed a month or 2 ago but I am not sure when they stopped working. Any help?

we did upgrade to a new weather module so you may need to clear the cache remotely to push the modules onto the player.

I had to rebuild my weather scene and now it at least displays on app version 6.0.87. Your API change must have broken my old scene that was built on a previous version. However the animated images(Animated Style 1) do not scale properly and look distorted and cover text and images outside of the specified size of the Weather Item object. Older versions of the app such as 5.0.4 look fine when using the same newly created scene. I have switched the static images for now.

I also just noticed that glow does not work on the static weather images on 6.0.87.
