Hello All!

I am having a problem lately. I am trying to make a news crawl on the lower end of the screen, and is composed of 3 parts: a background Jpeg resource, the horizontal newscrawl component, and a png image resource on top. So the idea is that the newscrawl will be sandwiched between both the pngs.

However, for some reason, the whole scene only takes about 3/4 of the screen, and I don't know what is going on! I have checked that the scene is the same size as the screen division (it is), and tried to use the anchors to extend the whole thing to the screen border, but still no dice.

Could anyone help me?

please check the resolution of the TV  and the SignagePlayer it has to match the resolution of your campaign.

If the issue persists, please login to Live support: http://chat.digitalsignage.com so support can check your campaign settings.

Hi, what is the max resolution supported by the Android system.
I have created some scenes in 1920x1080 but they only show 720 and not 1080.
Other images & Videos show full screen, maybe they are getting resized to fill the screen but scenes are not working in 1080p on android device.

Regards.
