Android signage player doesnt support background channels

I have a "welcome to fantasy Island" timeline for visitors to our company. We update channel 1 rich text  with the persons name and optionally their company.  This channel is overlaid on channel 0 which is a graphics background to give it a bit of "sophistication". This works perfect on the Windows version of media player,  and wanting to simply things I bought the Media droid. However on the MediaDroid the channel 0 graphic is displayed, but not the rich text channel...which sort of defeats the purpose of this Timeline. Any ideas on what I have done wrong, or a work around (apart from not overlapping the channels on the screen type)  or whether an update will fix this. currently 5.0.4 (5.0.97)  on AIR version 20.0.0.233. Apart from this the little droid works perfectly for us, plays full HD video .. everything

Ron the Guru solved the problem. Deleting cache didn't solve it ....deleting data via settings>media player on the droidX, reboot and re connect got it working!
