I was referred to the dashboard as a "new way" to use studio -- and it's a mess.
While this interface allows for so much potential, it's usability is lacking.
* It shows the business ID and not the business name
* the search for "business name filter" filters by player name -- not business name
* clicking on the "gears" provides more information about the player, but doesn't show the business name
* while the "gears" provide longitude and lattitude of each system, the map shows that all of our systems are in the same location -- which isn't correct
* hitting "restart" player didn't do anything but change the status -- never actually restarted
* lite accounts + pro accounts should equal active accounts -- but doesn't -- we have zero lite accounts, and our active accounts is exactly 2x the pro accounts
* inactive accounts -- what does this mean?
* I've logged in several times, and the "last login" has not changed
* total businesses equals pro accounts?
* screens online + screens offline does not equal total accounts or total pro account or total businesses
* the refresh of the list is so quick that by the time you click something to look at it -- it moves -- as in a 2s refresh rate
* average server response time and server response time -- this is great, but I would rather see charts for online vs offline -- operating system or player version
Features Needed
Add business name
Allow "gears" to actually send signals to screen
Graphs that are helpful
Show only status -- not just organize by order
Run historic reports on a system -- online, offline, etc
Accurate naming and mapping
Anyone else with thoughts?
