SignagePlayers lost application after last release

For a coupple of days I lost communications to 3 of my Players.
Thay are placed 600 Km from my location.
A technician was right now at the first site and found the screen with the Signage Player Window all in black, without any text.
The only way to reestablish the system was to uninstall the Airplayer and to reinstall it.
The technician will be tomorrow in the other 2 sites.
I think it was a problem with same software review on the players because I lost the communications at the same time with all this players.
The Studio shows the version of this 3 players in black.
Do yo know something about this problem?

We are not aware of any issues.
I would check that the internet connection is available at the remote location.
Possibly install LogMeIn.com

The technicial visited today the others 2 sites and the problem was the same.
Internet connection OK, SignagePlayer window in black.
Please take notice of this problem.
An idea is that the system check first if the actualization was OK. If not, it should take the last version.
