got error 403 forbidden for snapshot

Hi,
I try to use studio lite with android  player 6.0.32 and got 403 forbidden for snapshot when get from server .

the snapshot used to work well with old beta version < 6.0.32 . but i think it is server error not player error

Just tested this and it worked on both 6.0.32 windows and android player.  could be the video your are pulling is from a URL and your are getting the 403 forbidden error from it?

Sorry,
I just rechecked and the error 403 is not problem. now I can get the snapshot when downloading content  but I got white picture  when play video.
I remember for old version 6.0.27 (6.0.9) ( still have 6.0 beta label on top right screen player) I can get screen snapshot . when I clicked the screen will be frezze a moment , and get snapshot. I tested with mp4 .

I use A5 himedia , android 6.0
what type of video you use for test admin ?

Note:
updated test with flv snapshot not work too
for old version. it only work with  6.0.27 (6.0.9)  .
another version 6.0.26 ( 6.0.16) snapshot not work.

video is now pure GPU (better performance) so it will not be captured... until we enhance the capture utility.

with my idea,  i think DS  should have 2 options .
1 option allow capture screen for security , 1 option for GPU with better performance.

I just search around and see another signage solutions , they have capture function allow users know what  client player play or what happended with client ( maybe got crash or something like that ) . performance is good but security, reliable is higher priority.

how could I have android player version like old version i used which can capture screen ?
