get green screen

Hi,
 
I use android box ( android 6.0 ) HiMedia A5 for players . and one of my player got green screen ( full screen) after 2 hours playing. I try to stop the station and the player info display but when i play station again the green screen still display.
Everything only back to normal after I reboot the android box ( re-plug the power ) .

anyone help are welcome .
