Displays with 2x1 Aspect Ratio but Image resolution of 480 x 360 pixels

Hi, I am trying to get my head around physical aspect ratio and image resolution of the displays. Our customers have various displays with below odd physical aspect and image rsolutions and I was wondering if I can use DigitalSignage screen types without any skewing and stretching. If so can you please provide some insights on how I can achieve this using DigitalSignage?
