RTMP Streaming Bug
« on: May 27, 2010, 07:27:07 AM »
We are using a WOWZA Streamingserver and playing an RTMP stream. In the Signage Studio and Player the video is playing the same audio signal two times and asyncron. If we stopped the playing video one audio signal is still running.

We use an 720p MOV (mp4) file. If we play the stream with other software anything is ok.

Another problem is that the component "external video" shows in nine of ten tries only the player propertie and the other properties like url are not shown.

Please help

Is the Wowza server online? Can we connect to it to try and duplicate the issue?

Sorry, but access from outside is not permitted. The server is located in our LAN and is only available for internal use, due to a security and rights restriction. We use the wowza version 2.0 and the stream configuration uses a default video on demand application.xml.

Ok - got it. We have written our own flash-based player which works out fine in the studio.
Anyways - please let us know if you have a solution for the problem.

regards
