It is frustrating to see that every moment I encounter a different problem that prevents me from doing what was proposed. I am paying for the Enterprise about 5 years ago. At first I had no problems, but since version 4 I only have a headache.

Now, problems with ADNET (I never got to use it in practice), I will list:

- Auto add key for packages not works (adnet);
- In android, unchecking the "respect content lenght" timeline option causes the player to not advance when there is a scene with json;
- With every new android device I use, the behavior of the player is different, causing various inconsistencies.
- The player does not turn on if there is no internet when it is starting;

And a lot of things I do not remember anymore.

I need solutions. I set up a business on this platform and I can not service my clients because of the inconsistencies.

I feel really injured here. I do not know what else to do.

Hi,

- Auto add key for packages not works (adnet);
Tested this and verified this is working, you have to make sure you assign at least 1 target.
- In android, unchecking the "respect content lenght" timeline option causes the player to not advance when there is a scene with json;
Tested this and it works as well, setup a json player that pulls video from the web video is 3 mins 31 sec, timeline duration is 3 mins 36sec, added an image at the end of the timeline to play after the json video and it advanced played the image and looped as expected.
- With every new android device I use, the behavior of the player is different, causing various inconsistencies.
This we cannot control because of all the different mutations of the Android OS roms out in the market, but most of the major ones are perfectly compatible with our software. You can opt to order our mediaDROID and we can offer a discount for you.
- The player does not turn on if there is no internet when it is starting;
This only affects adnet packages because the player 1st has to reach the adnet server for it to start playing, all other content plays on our tests. This is a feature enhancement that is coming to the adnet after mediaCLOUD 6.0 which is due for alpha release in April 2017.

I will check again. What happens is that it really works in the first few days. After a few days, inexplicably, without my doing anything, the problems begin. Afterwards, nothing I do solves. It's as if something in the campaign's instructions fails in the update and only by making a new campaign does that resolve. But in a few days the problem happens again.

I'm doing new tests.
