Sorry I did not see this sooner, but I know what this is. I have a couple of players at locations where the customer insists the signage screen works on a power timer and turns off at night. The players are Win7 laptops that have 1366 x 768 resolution screens. The players continue playing 24/7 because laptop bios doesn't provide for scheduling power on times, and I push all updates at night in case there are problems. So when the 1080p signage display powers down for the night, the laptop shifts to the native1366x768 resolution. Sometimes when the signage screen powers on in the morning, it isn't recognized properly by the laptop, and generates instead what you are seeing. If I reboot the laptop it recognizes the powered up signage screen, adapts to 1080p and all is well. I hate this problem, and the only workaround I've come up with is to schedule signage player to reboot the player one minute after the screen is scheduled to turn on. It's a pain in the ass but it works. Hope this helps. Daniel
