Only quarter of the screen image visible on the monitor.
« on: March 06, 2017, 02:36:12 AM »
Sometimes we only see a quarter of the screen image on the monitor.
That happens after restart either the TV or updating the timeline/campaign and "Save and restart stations".
It happens about every other time.
The solution is to restart the monitor, manually press on/off on the TV one ore more times, and then we have full screen again.
Any idea why?

Are you using some kind of adapters (like hdmi => VGA) to connect PC with monitor? Check them out. If they're broken they might cause that kind of problems.

Hi Mati, thanx for input. I've checked, but no adapter. We just use a cable, hdmi -> hdmi. Problem if you updating the playlist/timeline remote, and only solution at the moment is to turn the monitor off/on.
