Transparent Video
« on: January 11, 2017, 06:54:34 AM »
Hi Guys,

I want to my logo animation left in the corner to be transparent.

I have made the animation in After Effects and i already tried to convert it to .SWF and it shows up in studio with a black background.

Can someone explain how i can do that?

Thanks in advance.

Besides a SWF - You should also be able to make an FLV video file from After Effects with a transparent background.
You will need to EXPORT from After Effects as an FLV with options on "CHANNELS" set to RGB + ALPHA.

I'm not sure how Signage Player will handle the transparent layer with the FLV. You will have to place one layer above the other in the Screen-Type Layout and give it a try.

That process works perfectly.  I use it all the time.
