Searching for Developer! Android with Integrated Sat TV Application

we are searching for a developer to get to use an Android Device with the Live Television Function of Studio Pro.

I thought about a Device like this, which combines Android and DVB-S in one Device.

I,ve just been through this whole process of which media player to use ?, android or windows ?, achieving the full remote control and warning notifications back to me by email & voice call (Internet of things, arduino) so fairly up to speed on this, I haven't tried to use satellite but have worked with satellite in the past, get back to me if you want a chat.
