Update for Html5 since javascript is complicated to show?!

So a former employee where i work talked to the support around august last year, about html5 not working anymore to show

The provider of the Calendar updated their javascript to something more complicated. And it stopped working.

The support said you where working on an improved version of the Html5 component. That would come out in jan. 2017.

Is there an update on that ?

At the moment we are using ext/app firefox to show it. But the html5 just runs smoother. Especially if it has to loop between different components.

In our Android player you will always get whatever built in browser is used for the device (so newer Android devices will yield better browsers)
For Windows, we will be releasing a newer version in 2017 but I still don't have all the details, it will be after mediaTOUCH which is due this summer.
