Installation issue - Blank screen

Hi, we are deploying our digital signage solution. I've been having success with the installation of 10 players so far, but right now, I'm stuck with one that just won't install its player. Its the same brand model device (Intel Compute Stick), same Windows 10 Home version... but for some reason, the player wont install. It remains blank when comes the time to click connect to the default server. I've rebooted, uninstalled, tried installing Adobe Air on its own prior to the installation and nothing works. The device is strapped to a tv that is suspended, so I'd rather find a solution a can use without having to remove the device from the tv. I connect remotely through Teamviewer.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. People are expecting a fully functional solution before the end of the day.

Thank you, but I was able to resolve the issue with a few Windows updates. Go figure....
