Dashboard install - mediaServer - Windows 2008

Hi, I'm looking for a way to install the studio Dashboard (from github.com/born2net/studioDashboard.git) on my Windows Server 2008 mediaServer.  Does anyone have instructions?

The Dashboard will run against our server (just as FYI).
and as far as hosting, just git clone into a dir and host that dir, it should work even in your local PC as it comes with a built in server.
