Update issue

Hi there,
Im using the Mac version of signage studio pro 4.34.35
every time i try to update the signage studio app it fails and i get this message :
" The application cannot be installed due to a certificate problem.  The certificate does not match the installed application certificate, does not support application upgrades, or is invalid.  Please contact the application author."

Does someone knows how to solve it?

Please try downloading the AIR installer directly and installing it directly.
