Error Pop-up message and No connection in Playstore

Hi Good Day,

I'm having an error in the mediasignage application which there is a pop-up message that says "The server that the application is connecting to is unverified."
Youtube is not playing properly

And also I cannot connect my playstore? but I do have an internet access.
