Weather or other XML/JSON Component reports security certificate issue

Hello, this issue has been there for quite a few years on random media players. So we got this error messages from time to time. Every time when we click yes to dismiss, it's fine. But is there any way to solve this issue before we ship the media players out?

As far as we observed, when this issue pops up, there is always a malfunction weather or XML/JSON driven component. Once you approve/install this certificate, this component works again. And the certificate below is actually still valid. Any ideas?

you may need to install the ssl certificate of the originating JSON source you use.

I did install this one showing in the box above, after receiving this error message. But lots of other boxes we have in the field never had this issue. Some of them do. Can you provide this certificate to us so we can pre-install before shipping, so we know it's never going to pop out? Also, can you make it expire in 10 years or any time in a longer future? Or maybe you can change the world weather component so that it doesn't require certificate at all? Thanks.
