Notifications have stopped work!

I have sent this info to DigitalSignage support sew weeks ago but I see they don't care about it (I didn't receive any answer).
I have Enterprise account and few signages installed on different accounts. I have noticed a few weeks ago that notifications are not working anymore (when a player is offline). I have the same situation on every account.
Everything was fine a few weeks ago.

Dis you notice the same?

Hi. For while all notifications kept pouring in, but now i get notifications from two or three accounts. Does it work for you guys?

we have no reported bugs on notifications, you may want to double check with live chat...
