Help with customizing the FasterQ

Hi

I am looking to make a few small customisations to the FasterQ

Are there any people out there who would be willing to quote

The changes are

1)  When you click on a Customer Line to manage it (the Call and Serviced screen) to have the title of that Customer Line listed above

2)  To add custom text to the ticket printout and make the text bigger

3) On the customer portal to get the SMS side of things working in the UK - I understand this is only available "out of the box" in the USA

yes a general update, and it will just show your line name,

today we added the line name to both the printed line receipt as well as to the line manager,
enjoy!
