Google Drive pdf

HI is it possible to play .pfd files from the Google drive component, it works fine with Jpgs, but not pdf's, this is on a PC so it plays PDF's when loaded into resource but not when loaded through Gdrive?

Any help would be very appreciated?

Tried this in G-Drive and Dropbox with no luck.

It almost looks like digitalsignage.com automatically see's the file type and simply skips it without even trying to render it.  This is good as it keeps things from locking.

If it could be allowed to launch I bet it could be scripted on the player end to open and display it.  It simply never gets sent to the player.

Thanks for the reply, yes its a real shame, .pdf files are fine when added as normal resource as it uses adobe viewer?

Anyone have a work around to get .pdf's working from gdrive or dropbox?
