User Agreements in White Label

Hi,

When a client signs on under a white label reseller, they're asked upon installation to accept the user agreements.  Does anyone know if the agreements have 'mediasignage.com' listed as the service provider? 

If so, is there anyway we can customize our own terms and conditions?
