I am using Enterprise, i made a campaign to display data from google calendar everyday but wont update data to current day on the player.

We tested this extensively and didnt find any bugs,

Most probably, your google calendar timezone settings does not match your players timezone setting. Please check on that and let us know.

Can you email us your account username, campaign name and if possible Google Calendar access so we can run tests.

Email it to MSTECH @ mediasignage.com without the spaces.

UPDATE:  Been communicating with admin and they are working on this issue. Not sure of timeline but I will post again when fixed

Just checked this functionality and it is still not working...This is taking a long time to fix.  Hopefully it will get corrected soon

Just checked on this and it appears that the information loaded in google calendar is displaying when it should.  I will do a more extensive test later today but thanks MS for resolving this!

Sorry guys, the latest fix did not completely solve the scheduling problem.  After doing some extensive testing, I found the wrong events were displaying.  Was on the line a few times with chat yesterday and they were able to duplicate future calendar events showing before the date on the calendar with offset and 0/0 settings.  This was happening with the latest version 5.0xxxx but not version 4.36...

Upon checking with live support, Ronnie who you chatted with we found that your calendar setting is set to PST, while your player is possibly not. Also can you enable the slideshow option.  Please confirm those 2 settings.  We are also looking into it some more.
