"Blocked" text on screen

Hi.

Noticed that there was a topic about blocked text already but.... anyway.
I had the same "blocked" text problem with two players. The timelines have only a collection component, nothing special about it.
I was thinking could this be related to the release of studio/player version 5.0? I managed to remove the "blocked" text when i uninstalled the current version of the player and installed the newest version.

At this moment, this had happened on two players, on two different accounts. All the rest my players were playing just fine, and they are still using 4.XX.XX versions.

the "blocked' is:
1. if you are a non enterprise user trying to use enterprise level components
2. if you are an enterprise, but didn't add the component through the mediaSTORE

Hi,

I just joined the Enterprise level and have added the worldWeather component through the mediaSTORE.  However, I am still seeing "Blocked" on my screen.  Please help!

One thing, when I try to click on an item in the mediaSTORE, my cursor kept turning and the SignageStudio hung.  Happened every time.  Does anyone have the same problem and know how to fix that?

This is mainly for someone having the same issue but my resolution was to clear the cache on my players after I installed the apps. Worked great afterwards. The resolution is credited to one of my many chat sessions with support.
