Cannot Set Default Duration under Resources

Cannot Set Default Duration under Resources looked and need to set at 0.00 NOT 10.

Every time you click on an Image to just look at it sets the duration to 10 from 0.00.

If this is not a bug then it should be treated as one and Fixed! TIME WAISTER!
