Is it possible to transfer a ticket from one queue to another?

currently tickets are only per the queue they entered into...

while the db is backend only, you may be able to take care of it in the UI...
what I recommend you do is duplicate the ticket (essentially create a new ticket), mark the current as serviced, and send the customer a new ticket to move him to the new queue.
