Adding Events at Campaign level on Events Tab

Currently can not add an event to the campaign on the events tab.

Hi,
It seems that I have same problem. My events tab on campaign level is visible to me but I'm not able to add any new event (plus button is not available both in web/local app.).

I don't know is it important but my player responds to sent commands and all other events are available to setup except those on campaign level.

Any solutions?

There are no reported bugs with this so it could be a firewall issue, please check with live chat for help...

I have not ever seen a fix on this... I am running the free version so I took the lack of response as it is not an included feature without subscription. It limited me a bit for the ideas I had but worked around them.
