Persistent component?
« on: December 01, 2015, 09:50:33 AM »
Not sure if this is a simple question or not. What I want my campaign to be is a loop of pictures and scrolling text at the bottom. I don't want the scrolling text to reset or change in any way after one of my images changes. Not sure if I need to cram all the images into one scene and do something that way or some other way. This is literally make or break as far as using this platform for our screens.

Thanks :)

In the screen design you can make two channels, One for the images and another where the Scrolling text runs. Keep the scrolling text as a common channel on the timeline so that even when the timeline gets completed the text does not restart from the first.
In the images channels you can add images directly

Ah ok, that helped clear up another thing I was wondering about, thanks!

Do you know of any scripts or what component I should use for scrolling text?

For RSS feeds that you would like to type and scroll.. Use RSS news component and in the rightside RSS component scroll up to embeded RSS.
You can type in your text.
