Page or web service refresh/ reload

Hi,

I need to display a component that displays JSON Data (or other format) coming from a web service. I am using the JSON component and it works.  However, I must refresh the link at least two times every second so that  I can display updated data.
Is there any option to do this?

On your Timeline keep the component for 2 secs so that it keeps refreshing
