Beginning of the signage project

Hi All,
I would like to start my signage devices. 1 TV and 1 tablet later. I am in EU (HU), can you advise me devices what can be used? Economy price is welcome
What Android player should be used for a TV with hdmi?
What tablet is advised in 10" ?

At first promotion should run on tv. Than later a different promotions on the tablet. All should work on wifi.
I have many PDF file source what could be used to create campaign. Can it be used?

For the TV with HDMI you could buy MediadroidX from mediasignage itself : http://www.digitalsignage.com/_html/mediaplayer.html.
If you find tough to import then you could look out for any HDMI android player but you should be knowledgable to make it full screen etc.

Now a days you get windows based HDMI player you can choose the 2GB with 32GB model. Even tablets also 8 and 10" Windows based tablets are available these are much easier to handle than android if you are new to the mediasignage products.

Thanks for your answer. Due to customs and shipping droidX would be a bit high cost device, however I know that is one of the recommended devices.
I tried to find also windows based players, but they had also a bit high prices at this area. Cost effective can be Android players, however I already have one for just smart option for a tv.
Suddenly available ones:
MXQ2 tv box
MK808B Plus tv stick
TM10 TV box

What do you mean on much easier to handle the windows based ones? I would create the campaigns on a windows based pc or laptop, just the signage (client) side would be android based player with tv and later a tablet.
Can you tell me what do you mean on make it full screen, can this be a problem?

On windows based system the signage player exe if you install it will take care of making the full screen display and signage controller gets installed in the startup etc.. You can use the same player for both potrait and landscape you just need to change the display settings.
If you have an android player you will have to Install signage player, get the signage controller downloaded seperately , put it in the start up. For full screen you will need to get an app which you can search in this forum the playstore link. For the full screen you will have to root the android device that would need another app. You can search there is a link in the forum on how to get all this done. Do check the android version preferable to have android kit kat. The biggest issue with android is every device has their own set up.
