Saving campaign as an mp4 video file
« on: August 05, 2015, 08:50:31 AM »
Studio Pro users, want to get some input on how to save campaigns as video files.  I would like a way to show examples to potential clients as well as I have customers that want me to create digital signage presentations but they only want the video file to use.  Since studio signage pro is flash based, the only way to share a campaign is to provide the html link.  Unfortunately, this link will only size properly (when using scenes, text, etc) when the viewers screen is the same resolution as the campaign.   Just want to know how users are handling this...

Thanks!

@gchambers - look at he post we just responded to. http://script.digitalsignage.com/forum/index.php?topic=6089.new#new. if you really need to go the route of a video, then use a screen capture program. If you are on a mac, Quicktime will do this for free. otherwise there are lots to choose from that are really good at both quality and compression.
