using mediadroidx
« on: July 05, 2015, 02:47:17 PM »
Hi All,

Can Anybody tell me to overcome the following problem: after playing one or two  days images on my screen,  suddenly the images can dissapear (while the station color stays green and the droid is playing according to the data, when i preview a picture in the menu , there's no picture to see), when I restart the player it starts again and everything will go for a few days perfectly well until this problem pops up again....

did recently an update and installed the latest watchdog on it. Anybody encounterd this problem and knows what to do?

Thanks a lot!

1. are you running 4.34 build?
2. are you connected via WIFI? if so, can you try ethernet so we can check if this is the source of your issue (intermittent loss)
3. does this happen only to images? videos, weather and other stuff does not get effected?

let us know so we can isolate your issue.

Hi!

according to your data:

OS: Android 4.4.2
AIR version: 3.6.0.6090
Player version: 4.34.13
Peak memory: 63192
Total memory: 62968
Running: 09:22:40
Watchdog: on
Last upd: 109

I doubt it's the wifi internet because here are now two  displays players simult. One is doing perfectly well.

Yes, it happens to all images (screen becomes greyish with some light, you van see taskbar tablet buttons underneath (when they are not pulled away).

No, not really....cant find an example to show you.

My advice is do some testing prior to using it.

Maybe you could post your results and thoughts
