FasterQ "Uncaught node.js" Error

I have downloaded free source code of FasterQ from GitHub. And try to run it with the help of nw.exe file.
But it is giving error "Uncaught node.js".
How to resolve that error and make it possible to run successfully.
Help me.

Error Message:

Uncaught node.js Error

RangeError: Port should be > 0 and < 65536
    at connect (net.js:843:13)
    at net.js:940:9
    at dns.js:82:18
    at process._tickCallback (node.js:382:11)
