« on: June 04, 2015, 02:51:27 AM »
Hello,

Can any one tell me what the white circle with the green edge means in the stations connection tab?

I'm having this issue, on a media box, though -- not an Android.   Is there a link you can give for me to re-download and re-install the controller to see if that fixes the issue?   This happened out of the blue, not sure why my controller is disconnected.  Tried clearing the cache, re-registering, restarting... none of those things have helped.  Hoping a re-install will do the trick.

please note that on he latest SignagePlayer.exe 4.34+ for Windows, the Controller is embedded (part of) the Player, so not separate installation is needed...

So what do you suggest as a fix when it says it's not connected to the controller?

in all our tests so far we were not able to reproduce an issue that in 4.34.X the controller did not connect to the SignagePlayer.
we will need additional access to your box via RDP so we can evaluate the configuration.
