We are looking to engage a developer to develop a web based front end (similar to the SDK) that can do the following:
User level access / restrictions
Upload and management of content
Create playlists and schedule them*
reporting
*Our screens run 64 segments a day (each 15 minutes long). Within that segment there are 4.5minutes of adverts. We need the playlist editor to be able to schedule content based on the number of times it is required to play ie only in 5 of the ad-blocks or all 64. The rest of the time is filled with TV / Live content.
