connection error

hi I get an error whenever i run the SignageStudio saying "No Connection please try again in a few minutes"
the main server is also not working...
can anyone tell me what d problem is??

All systems are go.
It must be a connection issue in your network or possibly a firewall in your network that's blocking our application. Did you try the Web Studio ?

i did try that..but even then it fails to upload to the server... it comes up wid d uploading screen but fails to upload....
also the signage player doesnt play d recently changed presentation at d web studio...

also i dont think its a firewall/ any other network issue as it was workin fine yesterday on d same network but fails to do so now....
could it be because of some file upload size restriction issue or because im using d 1st free version of signage player and there r sum restrictions with respect 2 that..

Did you try web version? Worked?

i tried the web version but as i said it doesnt upload...
it just freezes on d uploading screen...

You have something wrong on your network.
With thousands of active users around the world there's no reports of any issues.
I would recommend trying this from a different location on a different PC.
