Audio Problems with Windows Audio Player
« on: February 22, 2015, 10:38:57 PM »
We have the Signage Player running on a 18/6 Basis in several Supermarkets. Beside Visual Components we heavily use audio.
One Channel plays mp4 encoded audio files for background music (as the bg player still not works) Audio Spots play on other channels in between.
After a certain time (8 hrs or more) audio is heavily cracking and is distorted. Only after a complete reboot of the machine (J2900 Quad Cores, 8GB Ram, 120 SSD) Audio works normally again.
Is there a known bug?

no one reported this prior, please work with live chat to try and see if we can reproduce this in our lab.
