Hi,

If you are using audience measurement software, please let me know, what is your goal. Is it to count views and charge customers based on that, or may be you want to optimize display placement to get maximum exposure or smth. else.

Do you need integration with media player (for example to know, which clip is more engaging) or any other feature, missed currently used audience measurement solution.

We are developing such a software gocount.net and would like to get some feedback on the most needed features.

Thanks,
- Alexey.

I suggest you should use the Itel AIM software. It has plenty of feastures and it is compatible with the signage player.

Intel has bought a company for that in 2010 (cognivision was the name of the company as far as i remeber).

The price of the Intel AIM suite is much much lower compared to QUIVIDI and etc.

E_Dantes,

Can you let me know what processor (i3, i5 or i7) you are using with AIM suite and Signage Player on the same machine?  Thanks

Hi,

For sure you should use at least i5 processor in case you have both CMS and Intel AIM suite on the same NUC(player). This is according the Intel Specs. In case you want to run only Intel AIM suite without CMS then you can use i3.

If you're using Quividi, you'll only need an Intel Atom (dual core or latest generation) to run it besides a CMS, and detect faces at about 15 feet. You'll only be needing an i5 if you want to detect faces at twice the distance (using Full HD video cameras). Quividi is much faster than competition.
Also, their prices have gotten down lately and it is the audience measurement solution that's already integrated with most CMS.
