Signage Controller quitting and won't restart

Most of my locations are having issues with the Signage Controller stopping.  I can't get it to start back up without restarting the cpu.  When the signage controller isn't working it shows that the station is not connected to the internet in studio.  I posted this message on Dec 14th or 15th and it disappeared out of the forum.  Not sure what happened to the post but it was there as I checked back later to see if admin had responded and it was there then, now it's gone.  The subject was the same as this post.

Which OS are you running ?
When did this start ?
Are you running the SignangeController.exe (If not this WILL happen since it is the SignageController that restarts the SignagePlayer).
