is it possible to know exact time the content played

Hello All

Is there a way we can get the exact time when a particular content is played in a given station. The current proof of play report tells how many times the content played in a given hour but not the exact time. Wondering if there is any other way to get the information

Appreciate if some one can help answer the following

- Is there a way to automate generation of proof of play files for uploading to a separate server for further analysis

- Get exact time when the content has played instead of current proof of play which shows which hour the content has played

Also would be good to know if SDK has exposed these features
